In  the  Troposphere,  above  Earth's  Surface,  Rising  Air  Cools  5.5  Degrees  F  for  each  1,000  feet  rise  in  Elevation  from  Expansion.    Falling  Air   Heats  5.5  Degrees  F  for  each  1,000  feet  descended by  Compression.
